There was a moment in my career when two seemingly different worlds suddenly became one.
For years, I lived on the theatre stage, learning how people communicate without words, how trust is built, and how emotions influence every interaction. Later, as a Vice President in the corporate world, I realized I was witnessing exactly the same human dynamics with the only difference… the stage had changed.
You see, leadership isn’t just about making decisions. It is about helping people believe in those decisions. That is why I believe Business Theatre is the missing piece in leadership development.
It isn’t about teaching leaders to act. It is about helping them become more aware of themselves and the people around them.

Through experiential learning, leaders step into realistic situations where they practise listening, adapting, communicating, collaborating and leading with authenticity—not because someone told them to, but because they experience the difference for themselves.
This philosophy inspired me to create The S.T.A.G.E.™ Leadership Method, combining my experience as a professional actor with years in executive leadership.
My goal is simple: to help organizations develop leaders who connect before they convince, who inspire before they instruct, and who understand that every conversation has the power to shape culture.

Technology will continue to transform the way we work, but leadership will always remain deeply human. Perhaps the future of leadership isn’t about learning more. Perhaps it’s about learning differently. And sometimes, the greatest lessons begin on a stage.
