As crazy as it may sound, it has the same logic because in the same way you find a partner for life, that is how you should be aiming to getting your customers for life!
Those values you have in line with ‘Mr. Right’ ticking all the right boxes, those values should underpin the values of your clients.
And you when you feel you have a match, that is when you can call these clients, Your Tribe; or to sound more professional, your Target Market.
Your target market should include your customers, your clients, hiring companies, employees, suppliers, partners, sponsors and other members of the group identified as your stakeholders. They are the ones who care enough about your ‘why’ to buy into your ‘what’ you are offering.

Why you want to do something, why you want to take certain steps, is of great importance and essence. If your do not know you ‘why’ someone else will set it for you and you cannot let that happen. Because when you do know your ‘why’ you have a clear vision of your goal and you are able to take full responsibility for everything.
So, remember, to communicate your ‘why’ and promote your values. That is how people will remember you and that is how you will stand out from the masses and the crowd. Your brand becomes a magnet to your tribe, since your tribe will be connecting the most to your ‘why’.
Your tribe is the one who understands your vision and supports you fully because your voice resonates with their values and needs. People, buy from their hearts and not from their heads at the end of the day. People, buy from a place of emotion! They will buy based on how you make them feel.
Your ‘why’ is the pillar of building an effective brand that will be able to grow. What matters is ‘who’ you are and not what others told you or taught you to be. By being your true self is how you attract your audience, in a word, your tribe the same way you would attract ‘The One’ or ‘Mr. Right’.
